New Build Transformation
Kelvin and Arnie came to me with a brand spanking new new build home, a very comfortable sofa, a huge television and a dream of cosying up and watching their favourite movies in their first home together. I absolutely fell in love with them and their vision and set to work immediately creating a space they would love, feel comfortable in and proud to welcome their friends and family into.
The basis of the room was the colour of the sofa and then working with complementary colours from there, using accent colours everywhere. When working with the bedrooms it was important that they were more relaxing spaces but also there was a ‘flow’ from downstairs to upstairs.
This house features products from DFS, Daals, Cox and Cox, Marks and Spencers, Dunelm and many, many more.
Location: Matson, Gloucestershire
Budget: £7,000
Timescale: 3 months
Client Review:
“Moving into our new home, we were completely overwhelmed with how to blend both of our styles and make the space feel like ours not just one person’s vision over the other. Claire worked her magic and somehow brought everything together seamlessly. She understood exactly what we wanted, even when we struggled to put it into words, and created a space that feels stylish, cozy, and so us. Her attention to detail and ability to make everything flow effortlessly is incredible. Every choice she made from colors to textures to furniture just worked. We’ve had nonstop compliments from friends and family, and honestly, we’re still in awe every time we walk into these rooms. If you need an interior designer who truly listens, understands your vision, and brings it to life beautifully, Claire is the one. She made our house feel like home, and we couldn’t be more grateful!”
