Contemporary oak built living room and annexe extension - Charlbury

Our clients were lucky enough to secure this lovely 1920’s home with a huge garden in the highly competitive village of Charlbury.

They have two children and a dog and the current floorplan just isn’t large enough. We were instructed to create a larger living room, extend the annexe to create a multipurpose guest room/office/gymnasium with a bathroom and incorporate this space into the house.

We recommended our superb architects, Alice and Oscar from Noto Architects who created this winning vision. It is contemporary, yet sympathetic to the current house and will flood the existing rooms of the house with light from the beautiful extension. The furniture within the living room will be laid out so the beautiful garden can be enjoyed from every angle.
